Objectives

An interest in Effective Leadership is the first step to answering the question:
What accounts for the varying degrees of effectiveness among managers?
Part of poor performance is a failure to recognize alternative strategies for becoming an Effective Leader, like conflict resolution and problem solving, effective delegation and communications, can do and openness, and most important, trust and respect.
